2019 A good year for PPH COOL

The year 2019 was a successful year for the company.

Compared to 2018, the company's revenues increased by 18% with a definite percentage increase in net profit.

The direction of development in times of changing conditions of functioning in the HVACR branch seems to be right. Paying attention to solutions for refrigeration and air conditioning based on the R290 refrigerant and indirect cooling transferred into the acquisition of a number of contracts especially in the food industry sector, such as meat factories.

Consistent propagation of propane as a refrigerant has hit fertile ground. Many customers started to see this refrigerant not as a flamable gas only but as a component of the refrigeration device that solves a number of problems at the investment and subsequent maintenance period. Customers have noticed that the R290 water chiller is not only an ecological device due to the low GWP propane ratio but also as a cost saving solution.

The largest example installation of this type was the investment in the Janex plant, several columns were completed and the next ones are under construction, such as the Lukullus plant or the Staropolska Masarnia.

It can be said that COOL in the new deal has become a precursor to the use of a medium in the form of a potassium formate solution and is boldly developing such projects. The company has also managed to strengthen and expand cooperation with key suppliers of components and supplementary devices, primarily with the STEFANI brand, the manufacturer of coolers and condensers.

COOL also maintains a certain market share in air conditioning thanks to the production of chillers, distribution of own brand air conditioners and cooperation with Schneider Electric, whose products the company has on offer. Cooperation with Schneider Electric resulted in, among others the delivery of special chillers with turbocore compressors to the ERGO Hestia building in Sopot is a great achievement for the company.

A nice event was the victory of the device at the Forum Ventilation Exhibition of Air Conditioning Salon in the competition for the most interesting product, where the company issued AQUACOOL GREEN F propane chiller.

The new year 2020, despite the announced decrease in investments, may not be worse for the company. PPH COOL manages to acquire, thanks to its solutions, clients looking for something new and not giving in to the wide competition offering the most popular but not the best solutions.

COOL is constantly working on improving its products and plans to introduce this year, including modified AQUACOOL chillers line and a completely new device for low temperature applications!
